Undergraduate coursework
Undergraduate health courses start in Autumn session (February). There is no mid-year intake.
Local students

High school student / Recent school leaver
You’ll be considered for admission based on your selection rank, which is a combination of your ATAR/IB score (or equivalent) plus any adjustment points you may be eligible for through UTS admissions schemes. Search the admissions criteria to get an indication of the ATAR and Selection ranks for a course.
Non-recent school leaver
Completed some study after finishing Year 12, or completed Year 12 three (3) or more years prior to intake? You're a non-recent school leaver and you should check the admissions criteria.
International students
Apply through UTS International if you are not:
- an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or
- an Australian permanent resident, and
- completing Year 12 at an Australian high school or TAFE
The Bachelor of Midwifery is not available to international students.
Undergraduate honours
Applications for Undergraduate honours must be submitted directly to UTS and include the following:
- a supplementary form (docx, 46kB) with the agreement of a supervisor from the Faculty to supervise the project
- research proposal outlining the project you wish to undertake for the degree (this should be undertaken in consultation with your potential supervisor)
- personal statement
