Each Infra Red (IR) receiver has multiple channels.
You need to select the channel that is getting the audio feed from the room that you are in.
On top of the receiver there is a:
- Channel selector
- Volume controller
- Headphone Connection
Turn the channel selector clockwise or anti clockwise to select the right channel to receive the audio in the room. As usual you will know this becuase the audio from the room will be feeding through instead of a hissing noise.
Connect your hearing device to the Headphone Connector
Use the Volume Controller dial to select your volume
