The Academic Credit Assessment form will be used by the Lifetime Learner Experience Unit (UTS Student Centre) to assess your study plan and advise if you are eligible to receive academic credit for the Global Short Program listed on your form.
Please follow the steps below:
- Review the available Global Short Programs and select your preferred program. When applying, students can only submit one eRequest for their first preference of program*.
- Download the Academic Credit Assessment form for the relevant period that you are applying for and fill out the “For Student to Complete” section. Save the form in PDF format.
- Submit this PDF form via eRequest to have your study plan assessed. Choose the “Global Short Program: Academic Credit Assessment form” category.
- Wait for the outcome result of this eRequest from UTS Lifetime Learner Experience Unit.
- Upload your academic outcome to your Global Short Programs online application. The application instructions and link to apply can be found on the Global Short Programs CareerHub page.
*Students who are unable to complete their first preference program are able to submit a second eRequest for their second preference program.
