Graduation invitation
Graduands are invited to attend graduation ceremonies by conferral. If you're unsure when you were conferred, your conferral date is on your academic record (transcript) and testamur.

Eligibility to defer
If you're unable to attend the ceremony season that you've been invited to, you can defer to attend a future ceremony season. Eligibility applies as outlined below.
You must complete the deferral form in order to be invited to a future ceremony season. When completing the form, you will be prompted to nominate which ceremony season you wish to be invited to.

| Anyone conferred in March, May, July and/or September 2024. | Spring 2024. | Autumn 2025 or Spring 2025. |
| Anyone conferred in November 2024, February and/or March 2025. | Autumn 2025. | Spring 2025 or Autumn 2026. |
If you were conferred prior to August 2023, you're no longer eligible to graduate at a UTS graduation ceremony.
