My major or course
The program director for your course can provide advice on your study plan.
Long-term circumstances which may affect my studies
Consult the relevant Academic Liaison Officer (ALO).
ALOs are academic staff in each faculty/school who assist students experiencing difficulties in their studies due to:
- disability or ongoing health condition
- carer responsibilities (for example, being a primary carer for small children or a family member with a disability)
- pregnancy.
ALOs are responsible for approving adjustments to assessment arrangements for students in these categories.
If you need adjustments due to disability or an ongoing health condition, discuss your situation with an accessibility consultant in the Accessibility Service before consulting the relevant ALO.
Administrative matters, such as changing my enrolment
Consult the university's current student website for essential information and instructions on how to manage your course, or visit the Student Centre.
You can also contact the Student Centre by phone, 1300 ASK UTS (1300 275 887) or submit an online enquiry or request related to your enrolment or study plan via an eRequest.
Query an assessment task result
If you believe an error may have been made in the calculation of your result in an assessment task, follow the instructions on requesting a review of a result.
