TD School prizes and awards
TD School Most Outstanding Student Award
The TD School Most Outstanding Student Award recognises the top-performing graduating students.
Up to three recipients will be awarded the prize each year. One recipient from each of the following courses will be awarded the prize:
- All Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation combined degrees and Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (Honours)
- Master of Data Science and Innovation
- Master of Creative Intelligence and Strategic Innovation
Recipients will be selected by TD School on review of the highest weighted average mark (WAM) and overall grade point average (GPA).
Selection will be made in early February each year once final grades for the December session in the preceding year have been processed.
TD School Merit Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement
The TD School Merit Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement is established to recognise and reward the outstanding academic performance of TD students graduating from our undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Eligible students will be considered on the basis of merit, which will be based on students’ overall weighted average mark (WAM) in their completed course, which includes all subjects undertaken irrespective of which faculty offered the subject with the exception of ‘pass/fail’ subjects.
Merit awards will be made to the top ten per cent of students in the graduating year of the relevant course on a WAM basis, subject to the WAM being 85 per cent or higher.
Students who completed BCII combined degrees will be selected on the basis of WAM for the BCII subjects only.
