Cross-faculty electives

You may be able to enrol in a subject offered by a faculty other than your owning faculty as a cross-faculty elective in your free elective choice block. If you're able to self enrol, you can do so. If you're not able to self enrol, follow the steps below.

How to apply

1. Check the subject and owning faculty’s prerequisite requirements in the UTS Handbook and under 'Faculty Specific Information' the bottom of this page.
2. If you meet the prerequisite requirements, you can submit an eRequest for enrolment in any available session. You must submit your eRequest on or after the cross-faculty enrolment date for each session (dates are below). eRequests submitted before these dates will not be considered (unless you belong to the Connected Intelligence Centre or Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation).
