Cross-Institutional
If you are currently enrolled in an award course at another Australian university, you may enrol in a subject or subjects as part of a cross-institutional program.
You may be offered Cross-institutional study in a:
- Commonwealth supported place (CSP), or
- Full-fee paying place (non-CSP)
The type of offer you receive will depend on:
- the type of place you hold at your home institution
- your level of study (undergraduate or postgraduate), and
- whether the subject you are undertaking is a core component of your degree
Home Inst | Core Subject | Offer at UTS |
CSP (Undergrad) | Yes or No | CSP |
CSP (Postgrad) | Yes | CSP |
CSP (Postgrad) | No | Full-Fee Paying |
Full Fee-Paying | Yes or No | Full-Fee Paying |
Eligible cross-institutional students can apply to defer their tuition fees to the relevant loan scheme:
Please Note: In addition to tuition fees you will also be required to pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee. Cross-Institutional students may only access SA-HELP at their Home institution. Unfortunately, you are not eligible to defer your Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) to SA-HELP at the Host institution.
