Cancelling or rescheduling appointments

If you cannot attend your appointment, call us on +61 2 9514 1177 as early as possible so that we can reschedule another appointment.

Running late

Please phone or email your Accessibility Consultant to let us know if you're running late and advise your estimated time of arrival, if possible.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your Accessibility Consultant will be able to see you. Your appointment time will be shortened, or you may need to reschedule another appointment.

Online zoom appointments

You will be sent a link from your Accessibility Consultant prior to your appointment.
