Marketing at UTS
The Marketing Department (complete list of staff, research students) is committed to advancing knowledge and practice in the field of marketing through cutting edge research and the highest quality, innovative teaching.
Our approach to marketing training and teaching is research-driven and relevant to practice. The department works with academics and industry to promote excellence in marketing, help organisations build market efficiency and to improve sales and management decision making.
The Marketing Department offers study options for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In the Bachelor of Business, students have the option to study a Marketing major or Advertising and Marketing Communications major, as well as sub majors in Advertising, Marketing Research, and other associated fields. For postgraduate students there is a Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and Master of Marketing, as well as the online Master of Digital Marketing. We also provide a Marketing major in the Master of Business Administration.
We offer student research programs at the undergraduate [Bachelor of Business (Honours)] and Doctoral [PhD in Marketing] levels.
