For the UTS Chancellor's Research Fellowships 2025, FASS will consider applications in the following areas:
- Technology-assisted forms of learning (potential applicants must contact to Dr Keith Heggart before submitting an EOI)
- Social aspects of fisheries resources, governance and economies (potential applicants must contact to Professor Kate Barclay before submitting an EOI)
- Digital and social media, and their impact in society (potential applicants must contact to Dr Heather Ford before submitting an EOI)
- Living in multi-cultural societies (potential applicants must contact to Dr Kristine Aquino before submitting an EOI)
- Challenges and opportunities for news reporting and journalism in the 21st century (potential applicants must contact to Professor Monica Attard before submitting an EOI)
- Creative practice research in screen, writing, sound, immersive (VR/AR) and artificial intelligence media (potential applicants must contact Associate Professor Alex Munt before submitting an EOI)
- Outstanding candidates in other fields may be considered in consultation with the Faculty Research Office (please contact FASS.FRO@uts.edu.au in the first instance, including a short outline of your research proposal and a CV)
