Biology bridging courses will introduce students to HSC topics in biology to give them a grounding in the basic principles and concepts of the natural world. The course will be presented by experienced lecturers in Biology at UTS.
Biology bridging course
This program is particularly useful for students who did not take Year 12 Biology and are intending to study either Life Science or Health Science-related degrees. Or those intending to study other courses where foundation knowledge in biology is assumed.
At the end of the course, students will have a better understanding of the key concepts that underpin the study of biology and the confidence to participate in first-year science subjects.
