It's a great institution with amazing people; they always offer you a helping hand.
“In Africa, I’ve seen a lot of human rights abuses and undemocratic governance. I thought if I did a Masters in Law focusing on business and international studies it would help me do my part in changing Africa.
My aunt, Senator Senai Holland is a UTS alumna and has made a name of herself in Sydney, winning the Sydney Peace Prize. When I told her that I wanted to do my Masters in Australia she encouraged me to study at UTS.
I have learnt quite a lot within the university and outside of it too. Through UTS and some of the staff, I’ve been linked to various organisations and a lot of other people. I had an internship with Chalk and Fitzgerald. They mainly focus on Indigenous corporate matters and it was an honour working with them. They have provided me with good practical experience in the Australian corporate sector.
The tutors are very patient with me and very open. I find communication on a personal level with them very enjoyable. I excelled very well thanks to their support and guidance. It's a great institution with amazing people; they always offer you a helping hand. What makes UTS the best for me, is the people.
Studying at UTS was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me. I am very happy, it has been amazing.”
