“What drew me towards the UTS Business School were its notable reputation, practicability and global focus. The range of subjects and opportunities that the Faculty offers was another attractive aspect. Particularly, the Bachelor of Accounting Co-op Scholarship program was a key contributor for choosing UTS as there is no other university that offers a co-op program in three years with invaluable work experience in diverse industries.
"With the events held by UTS Business Society, I have been able to attend presentations by various employers, which has given me the opportunity to speak to representatives and graduates. This has also provided me with networking opportunities and allowed me to discover where my interests lie in the multi-faceted, dynamic business world. Studying at UTS has helped me find a career path whilst obtaining my degree, as the university’s flexibility and practicability has enabled me to tailor my course through the broad range of subjects and majors
"I am working full-time on my first internship at PwC (Audit) as a Co-op student at the moment, which I am enjoying. Working while studying two subjects at university has been very insightful, as I have had the opportunity to put into practice the theory I learn at university and to understand it in real-life situations. In particular, working in the Audit division has allowed me to see a myriad of businesses and how they operate, which has complemented my university studies.
"The most rewarding aspect of my degree has been the close friendships I have formed with my BAcc cohort and other UTS students. This has made my university experience much more enjoyable as we have helped each other and developed a social network.”
