Chartered Institute of Building Australasia Prize
Overview
The Chartered Institute of Building Australasia Prize is funded by CIOB to encourage academic excellence in the Master of Property Development course. The prize consists of eight tickets to attend CIOB NSW and CIOB NOVUS events; and a CIOB Certificate. In the case of joint winners, each Recipient will receive four tickets to attend four CIOB NSW and CIOB Novus events, and the CIOB Certificate
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the Prize, a student must be enrolled in the Master of Property Development course (C04008); and
Have succesfuly completed in the relevant academic year for which the award is made:
- 17553 Construction Cost Planning (2014 academic year)
- 17553 Project Cost Planning and Control (2015 academic year onwards)
Selection process
The Prize will be awarded to the student who has obtained the highest mark in the subject:
- 17553 Construction Cost Planning (2014 academic year)
- 17553 Project Cost Planning and Control (2015 academic year onwards)
Where two (2) or more students achieve the highest mark in these subjects as above, the student (1) or two (2) students with the highest overall GPA in their course will be awarded the Prize.
