WHO Laos: Health worker incentives

This project gathered international evidence and best practices, assessed potential/feasible national health worker incentives and mechanisms, and supported the drafting of policy options, national guidelines or decrees on health workers incentives in Lao PDR.

This work was agreed with WHO WPRO and South Pacific Office, and Laos PDR Ministry of Health. Key findings were fed back to WHO country office, WPRO HRH Unit to inform policy decisions. The final report is to be published by WHO WPRO.
