Invited to participate in the WHO Geneva 2007 consultation on The Contribution of Nursing and Midwifery in Emergencies and production of educational material

WHO in collaboration with Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC) organised a series of activities to review current nursing curricula and develop them in the area of emergencies and disasters covering the three phases of preparedness and a response and recovery. The outcome of the workshop was to draft an outline of the curriculum which will be fine-tuned and finalized.
