Medicare rebates for Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM)
Medicare rebates are available for up to five sessions per calendar year for Chronic Disease Management plans. Chronic Disease Management plan rebates are available for clinic sessions only, not telepractice sessions. A health care provider referral is required and rebates cannot be claimed until the speech pathologist receives the referral form. Rebates cannot be backdated.
Private health funds
Rebates may be available through your private health fund. Please contact your insurance company before your first appointment.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We are not registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme. However, self-managed participants may be eligible. Please confirm your eligibility with the NDIS.
