Palliative Care Research Workshop

A joint virtual workshop between UTS and the University of Chile

National Palliative Care Week  (NPCW), held from 22 – 28 May 2022, is Australia’s largest annual awareness-raising initiative held to increase understanding of the many benefits of palliative care.

One of the great myths about palliative care is that it is only a synonym for end-of-life care. It is so much more than that.  Anyone with a life-limiting illness has the right to live as well as possible, for as long as possible.

From Sunday 22 – Saturday 28 May 2022, virtual and face-to-face events will be held across the country to acknowledge and celebrate the commitment and dedication of all those working and volunteering in the palliative care sector across Australia. 

Join UTS and the University of Chile (UC) in this interactive workshop to learn more about palliative care.
