Prior to MLC, Geoff was CEO of Perpetual Limited, where the leadership team successfully delivered Perpetual’s transformation strategy designed to simplify, refocus and grow Perpetual AM, Corp Trust & Private Wealth. This included PPT’s 1st LIC, FI products, a global equities launch, a relaunched private wealth offer (4x growth) the acquisition of Trust Company and the divestment of 5 businesses
The strategy significantly grew PPT’s share price (over 2.5x) DPS, NPAT, staff engagement and client NPS
