About the Student Satisfaction Survey
The Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) is administered annually to determine all students' level of satisfaction with various student support areas and services at UTS.
We collect the data to identify aspects of the university's operations and services that are either performing effectively or need improvement.
The survey is currently made up of six core sections:
- overall satisfaction
- student administration
- student support
- learning environment
- academic learning support
- campus experience

The 2024 SSS will be open during 2024 Spring Session.
