Minran Liu
Dr Minran Liu is an Adjunct Fellow at the Australia-China Relations Institute at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS:ACRI).
He is a lecturer in international relations at the University of Sydney. He is concurrently a lecturer in international political studies at UNSW Canberra at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA). He received his PhD at the University of Sydney.
Dr Liu’s research interests span Chinese defence and foreign policy, Asia-Pacific security, the interplay between domestic and international spheres, Australia-China relations, and international relations theory. Committed to public engagement, he disseminates his insights through active participation in academic discussions and contributions to various media outlines.
