Within the First Nations Land Justice Hub, our mission extends beyond education; we are dedicated to empowering and enriching our community. Through comprehensive educational initiatives, we strive to illuminate the rich tapestry of Indigenous perspectives, histories, and cultures. By amplifying Indigenous voices and experiences, we aim to cultivate deep-seated respect and understanding within diverse communities. Our commitment to recognising the sovereignty of Indigenous peoples is fundamental to our work, as we advocate for justice, equality, and reconciliation on this continent.

Acknowledgement of Country

UTS acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people, upon whose ancestral lands our university stands. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians of knowledge for these lands.
