The HAI Centre offers postdoctoral researchers opportunities to work on frontier projects and collaborate with leading scientists and industry partners on human-centric AI projects.

Postgraduate students
Working or studying within the HAI Centre gives you access to a highly talented and multi-disciplinary team and work on exciting projects, allowing you to gain further knowledge in human-centric AI. You will also increase your skills in research management, collaboration with industry and research partners and research teamwork.
HAI is hiring now
We are seeking applicants for multiple PhD Scholarships, Postdoctoral positions.
You will have outstanding academic merit, prior research experience and skills in a number of the following areas:
- machine learning fundamentals and generative models
- deep learning optimisation and reinforcement learning
- brain-computer interfaces
- at least one of Python, C, C++ or C#
- bonus if know Matlab, and R
- mathematics and analytical and problem solving skills
- excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Of advantage will be:
- Previously published papers in reputable international conferences or journals
- Graduated from a top university
- Industry experience
To be considered for a PhD Scholarship you must be able to communicate effectively in English and be capable of technical writing in English.
