Brennan Program Justice Talks 2023 #2
The Honourable Justice Jacqueline Gleeson SC
It is just over a century since women were first permitted to enter the legal profession in NSW. How far have the profession, the academy and the judiciary come in achieving gender equity in the law? Do initiatives aimed at “women in the law” still have currency?
Justice Gleeson invites you to consider the value of intersectionality in the profession, and how we might foster diversity and inclusion moving forward.
On behalf of the UTS Faculty of Law, Brennan Justice and Leadership Program and the National Justice Project we invite current UTS Law students as well as our Law alumni community to hear from the Honourable Justice Jacqueline Gleeson SC followed by refreshments and networking.
Please register for event planning and dietary requirements.
