Event information
Do I need to re-confirm my attendance before the event?
No. However, if you are unable to attend please ensure you cancel your ticket in advance. Waitlists are in place for the on campus event, and it would be helpful to those who are waiting for an available space.
How do I cancel my ticket?
Upon registering for the event, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket attached. Simply click ‘edit order’ in the email (this will open an internet browser), and select refunds.

Will there be catering available?
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided for on-campus attendees. Please specify any dietary requirements when you register.
I have registered for the on campus event but I am not feeling well. What should I do?
If you are feeling unwell, you should not come to campus. Please ensure you cancel your on campus event ticket, and join us online.
How do I access the event online?
The event will be streamed on Zoom. If you registered to attend online, you will receive an email a day before the event. This email will include the link to access the event via Zoom.
Will the event recordings be available post-event?
Yes, event recordings will be available on our website.
