PLUS UTS Business Futures

The biggest challenge for individuals and companies is understanding how work and careers are being reshaped by innovation, disruption, automation and Artificial Intelligence, and knowing how to develop completely new capabilities that ensure relevance for an ever-evolving workforce.  

The PLUS UTS Business Futures has been specifically designed to address these current and future challenges by presenting extensive opportunities and alternative pathways for workers and for employers. 

The PLUS UTS Business Futures works with businesses to identify the existing capabilities of staff and maps these against the requirements of internal and external jobs to identify strengths and gaps for individuals and cohorts.
