UTS researchers host Australian institute of horticulture
Dr Fraser Torpy from the School of Life Sciences and his research team hosted the Australian institute of horticulture for a workshop on Green Walls. The event was held at One Central Park and UTS.
The Plants and Environmental Quality Research Group, led by Dr Torpy, carries out research into how Green Walls and other plant systems can be used to ameliorate the impact of air pollution in urban environments.
Together with Jock Gammon, Director of Junglefy, Dr Torpy presented his latest research findings and they shared their big ideas for the future of living infrastructure in Australia.
