Taking charge of HSC stress

Free holiday workshop for Year 11 students going into their HSC year in Term 4.

Are you a parent of a Year 11 student heading into their HSC year next term? The Kidman Centre UTS (based within the Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick) is running a free, 1.5-hour workshop for Year 11 students, on Monday, 30 September 2019 from 10am to 11:30am. 

Presented by clinical psychologist and author of Good Thinking: A Teenager's Guide to Managing Stress and Emotion Using CBT, Louise Rémond, the workshop will focus on practical strategies to help students prepare for and manage the stresses associated with the HSC. 

Pizza will be provided. 

Bookings are essential as numbers are limited.
