Share your thoughts on NSW's IHAPs
Have you had experience with NSW’s Independent Hearing and Assessment Panels (IHAPs)? We’re interested in hearing your insights and invite you to participate in a survey examining community views on the IHAP process.
The survey is part of a research project at the UTS Institute of Public Policy and Governance, to monitor and evaluate the implementation of Independent Hearing and Assessment Panels over the first year of their operation, on behalf of the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.
We’d like to hear from members of the community who have been involved with IHAPs – for example, if you are an applicant, submitter, consultant or another community member who has attended an IHAP meeting – as well as other community members who haven’t had exposure to IHAPs but would still like to have a say.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and your opinions and feedback will assist the Department of Planning and Environment to identify areas for improvement in the new IHAP system. All responses are anonymous.
The survey will be open until 11.30pm on 12 February 2019.
