Yura Mudang

Designed for student living, this purpose-built building offers a safe and secure environment, as well as a great way to meet fellow students from around the globe.

Located on the City campus, the Yura Mudang (above the Peter Johnson Building) has panoramic views of the Central Business District and surrounding areas. Yura Mudang is Gadigal (local Aboriginal language) for “Students live.”

Students enjoy two large indoor and outdoor common areas to relax with friends, play pool, table tennis or chess, watch a movie, or make full use of the music room. You’ll get all the benefits of an internal laundry, rooftop function room, theatrette, Foxtel HD TV, cabled internet in each bedroom, a bike store and more.

We also have tutorial rooms and a dedicated study lab, ensuring all your learning, printing, scanning and photocopying needs are on your doorstep.

Choose from a two or six-bedroom share apartment, or one of the many small or large studios- all our accommodation is furnished; simply bring along your computer, linen, utensils, clothes and personal items.
