How to accept your scholarship

Download each of the documents below. Please ensure all forms are completed.
Complete the relevant sections.
Ensure each document includes your full name.
Upload your signed documentation with your full name by no later than Orientation Week. If you are experiencing issues with uploading, please send to FEITScholarships@uts.edu.au with all your complete documents in a combined file or .zip file

If you're are under 18 years of age, you'll need a parent/guardian to sign these documents as well.
