Here are the documents you'll need to sign to accept your scholarship.

How to accept your scholarship

Please ensure all forms are completed (including additional forms).

  1. Download each of the documents below.
  2. Complete the relevant sections. 
  3. Ensure document includes your full name.
  4. Upload the documents with your full name by no later than Orientation Week. If you are experiencing issues with uploading, please send to FEITScholarships@uts.edu.au with all your complete documents in a combined file or .zip file  

If you're are under 18 years of age, you'll need a parent/guardian to sign these documents as well.

Acknowledgement of Country

UTS acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people, upon whose ancestral lands our university stands.
