UTS Timetable Planner
Allocations for the 2024 timetable are now open.
To help you plan, you'll be able to view all available subject activities and when they will run via the UTS Timetable Planner. Refer to the Academic year dates in the UTS Handbook for session dates. 2025 subject activities will be published by 9am, Monday 25 November 2025.
Please see the My Timetable help guide for instructions on accessing My Timetable, understanding activity types, creating your timetable, viewing and updating your class allocations.
Before you can select your timetable, make sure you’re enrolled in subjects in My Student Admin.
The UTS Timetable Planner enables current and future UTS students to view subject timetables.
The Timetable Planner is not an enrolment system. If you are a current student and you wish to enrol in subjects please log in to My Student Admin.
