Graduation invitation
Graduands are invited to attend graduation ceremonies by conferral. If you're unsure when you were conferred, your conferral date is on your academic record (transcript) and testamur.

Spring 2024 | Graduates conferred in March, May, July and September 2024. | March, May and July 2024 conferrals: Thursday 8 August 2024 to Monday 19 August 2024. September 2024 conferrals: Tuesday 24 September 2024 to Sunday 29 September 2024. | Thursday 24 October 2024 to Thursday 7 November 2024 inclusive. |
Autumn 2025 | Graduates conferred in November 2024 and February, March 2025. | February & March 2025. | April to May 2025. Dates to be advised. |
Eligibility to defer
If you're unable to attend the ceremony season that you've been invited to, you can defer to attend a future ceremony season. Eligibility applies as outlined below.
You must complete the deferral form in order to be invited to a future ceremony season. When completing the form, you will be prompted to nominate which ceremony season you wish to be invited to.

Anyone conferred in April, May and/or August 2023. | Spring 2023. | Spring 2024. |
Anyone conferred in September, November 2023 and February 2024. | Autumn 2024. | Spring 2024 or Autumn 2025. |
Anyone conferred in March, May, July and/or September 2024. | Spring 2024. | Autumn 2025 or Spring 2025. |
If you were conferred prior to April 2023, you're no longer eligible to graduate at a UTS graduation ceremony.
