batyr x Faculty of Law: Law Student Wellbeing Program - Spring
Spring into the new session by joining batyr and the Faculty of Law’s bespoke Law Student Wellbeing Program designed to help you look after your mental health whilst at uni.
Studying for a law degree can be stressful, and legal professionals are at high-risk of poor mental health. It’s important you learn how to succeed academically and professionally while maintaining your mental wellbeing.
During this program, you will gain insight into the following:
- how to look after your own mental health and the wellbeing of others
- the University and Faculty of Law resources available to support you on and off campus.
- how you might seek to make changes to your study plan to accommodate your mental wellbeing
- learn about managing the expectations of parents and loved ones
Two student speakers will also share their mental health journeys, including how they overcame the stigma of reaching out for support, and how they continue to look after their mental health.
Come along to join the conversation and enjoy some refreshments provided by the Law Faculty!
