The speech pathologists at the Australian Stuttering Treatment Centre are experienced with assessing and treating stuttering and anxiety that is related to stuttering. To ensure the best health care, your speech pathologist consults regularly with internationally prominent clinical researchers at the Australian Stuttering Research Centre.

 

Cheryl Andrews

Clinician Cheryl

Cheryl has provided clinical services for children and adults who stutter for more than 40 years. Cheryl has recently been involved in clinical research about treatment of childhood and adult stuttering. In addition to providing treatment at the International Stuttering Clinic, Cheryl provides mentoring and postgraduate clinical training for speech pathologists internationally.

 

 

 


Anna Hearne

Clinician Anna

Anna has more than 20 years of experience providing clinical services for children and adults who stutter. In addition to providing treatment at the International Stuttering Clinic, Anna provides mentoring and postgraduate clinical training for speech pathologists internationally. Anna has given Lidcombe Program and Camperdown Program workshops to speech pathologists in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
 

 

 


Sarah Byles

ASRC clinician Sarah

Sarah has extensive experience in assessment and treatment of communication issues. At the International Stuttering Clinic, Sarah provides clinical services for children, adolescents, and adults who stutter. Sarah works closely with clients and their families, as well with teachers and other professionals, to establish and implement individualised treatment plans. Sarah provides Lidcombe Program, Westmead Program, Camperdown Program, and  Oakville Program treatment. 
 

 

 


Laura Crewdson

Clinician Laura

Laura has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children with complex communication needs. She has also gained invaluable experience working in the National Health Service in the United Kingdom. At the International Stuttering Clinic, Laura provides clinical services for children, adolescents, and adults who stutter. Laura provides Lidcombe Program, Camperdown Program, and Oakville Program treatment.

 

 

 


Caitlin Richards

Clinician Caitlin

Caitlin has extensive experience assessing and treating complex communication issues. At the International Stuttering Clinic, Caitlin provides clinical expertise for children, adolescents, and adults who stutter. She works closely with families and relevant professionals to deliver individualised client care. Caitlin provides Lidcombe Program, Westmead Program, Camperdown Program, and Oakville Program treatment. 

 

 

 


Máire Sheehan

Clinician Máire

Máire has extensive experience with management of children with communication challenges. Following her University training in Ireland, Máire worked in London at schools and within the National Health Service. At the International Stuttering Clinic, Máire works clinically with children, adolescents, and adults. Máire provides Camperdown Program, Lidcombe Program, Westmead Program, and Oakville Program treatment.
