Digital transformation encompasses a wide range of changes across various aspects of an organisation and typically involves the integration of digital technologies into all areas of business operations, including customer experience, product development, supply chain management, marketing, and internal processes. 

Conference speakers will talk about how they use Excellence Models to manage and adapt throughout their digital transformation efforts and work towards operational excellence.
