The purpose of the Endowed Chair in Ageing is to ensure a more centralised and holistic approach is taken to address the increasing needs of the aged care sector – especially with the findings presented in a recent report conducted by the Royal Commission – and we achieve a High Quality Aged Care Sector. This position will bring together all research and academic activities efforts working in the areas of health and aged care within UTS, acting as a conduit between faculties (i.e. health economics and policy, research, palliative care, aged care facilities, technology).
