Quantifying Quality: Designing Urban Space through Qualitative Data Sets

Project details 

The project is a collaboration between architectural practice, SJB, and UTS researchers using real-time data for analysis to provide a more cohesive understanding of place. The quality of urban space is determined by a series of factors that impact not only an inhabitant’s satisfaction, comfort and belonging but the overall sustainability and lifespan of the urban scape. The Quantifying Quality project aims to use data analysis to improve the implementation of future local policies.
