Registration queries
Do I need to register?
Yes, registration is necessary to attend Experience UTS Day. Spots will fill out fast!
Do I need to confirm attendance?
No need to re-confirm, but please cancel your ticket in advance if you can’t attend.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
You can modify or cancel your ticket via the confirmation email received upon registration. Simply click “manage order” in the email. This will open an internet browser where you can update your order details. To cancel your ticket, select the refunds tab.
Should I reserve sessions in advance for the event?
Absolutely. It is crucial to pre-book any sessions you plan to attend ahead of the event, as there is a restricted number of spots available for each session. Additionally, we kindly request that only students attend, given the limited capacity at the event. Information sessions for parents will be conducted during UTS Open Day in August.
Our sessions have limited capacities. If the session you wish to attend is already full, you have the option to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, and you are next in line, you will receive an email notification. Simply follow the instructions in the email to select the session you were waitlisted for. In case of any difficulties, please reach out to the Outreach Team for assistance.
I am a U@Uni Academy student - do I need to attend?
Yes - you are required to attend the event. Please reach out to the U@Uni team for any questions.
On the day
Will I get a timetable on the day?
Yes, we will have a timetable printed for you when you check in.
Where is my session?
Sessions are in different campus locations. Follow signs from UTS Tower (Building 1). If you encounter issues, visit the registration desk on level 4 of UTS Tower. Arrive 10 minutes early at your departure point.
Will there be catering available?
Yes, lunch will be provided for on-campus attendees.
