This program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive as innovators and entrepreneurs in today’s complex and dynamic business environment.
The program has a particular focus on innovation and entrepreneurship as a way of thinking that facilitates the development and deployment of novel solutions to real problems with the aim of adding value – whether that be commercial, social or something entirely different.

By taking part in this program, you will gain skills in not only making innovations work in an organisational setting, for example learning how to develop various innovation strategies, structures and processes for different types of innovations but you also learn to harness the more entrepreneurial traits necessary to come up with novel solutions and business models in the first place.
This involves building skills in generating creative ideas, identifying opportunities for innovation, and developing new products, services, or processes that can lead to competitive advantage. You will also learn about undertaking feasibility assessments, funding and pitching strategies, new venture management and ultimately how to turn innovative ideas into viable business opportunities.
