Overview
The SESL Australia Prize is to reward academic excellence in an integrated studio focused on a Landscape Architecture project.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the Prize, a candidate must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be enrolled in the:
- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours) (C09079v3)
- Masters in Architecture (C04235v2)
- Masters in Landscape Architecture (C04270v1) and;
- Be enrolled in one of the following subjects in the relevant academic year for which the award is made;
- Landscape Architecture Design Studio 7 (11191);
- Master of Landscape Architecture Design Studio 1 (11561);
- Master of Landscape Architecture Design Studio 3 (11563);
- Masters Architectural Design Studio 1 (11551);
- Masters Architectural Design Studio 2 (11552);
- Masters Architectural Design Studio 3 (11553);
- Masters Architectural Design Studio 4 (11554)
Selection process
- The Prize will be awarded to student/s demonstrating the most holistic merit, based on their final presentation assessment of the integrated studio (in the year for which the Prize is awarded). This will be determined by the Review Panel, and is based on demonstrating the following learning outcomes:
- Ability to clearly communicate and strong presentation skills
- Response to the project brief within the disciplinary context
- Quality of Work
