A PNG AUS Partnership Program: Co-Help
This year’s Co-Help learning program has been developed by JID on behalf of the Papua New Guinea National Department of Health and in consultation with WHO Papua New Guinea. The program will go live on the 5th of April and a live seminar will be held every Friday from 2 pm till the 16th of July. Past participants are also encouraged to apply as the online course material has been updated and a new module added. As this online learning course has been supported by the PNGAus Partnership, participants will also be presented with a certificate upon completion. What is new this year?
- A New Module all about Vaccinations!
- All 15 Modules have been reviewed and updated to ensure they meet the most recent knowledge and advice. This means that they all contain new or changed information so you will have to start again.
- We also realise that not all the modules will be relevant to you so we have made the following modules optional: Critical Care, Pregnancy and Birthing, Child Health, Nursing, Theatre Management. This means to graduate you only have to complete 10 modules.
- New look platform, simple and engaging
- More local expert presenters for seminars
- Introducing our amazing new Support Officer! Sophie Suebu is a PNG national and based in Port Moresby and will be leading CoHELP this year. Sophie hopes to make the student experience more personal and to attend to your queries quickly and easily.
