Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centres discusses health workforce
The WHO Collaborating Centre for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Development at University of Technology Sydney (WHO CC UTS) led a panel discussion on the future of nursing and midwifery workforce at WHO headquarters in Geneva in January 2015.
The WHO CC UTS is Secretariat to The Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centres for Nursing and Midwifery Development, so was well placed to act as a representative for the network of 44 who focus on nursing and midwifery.
The discussion focussed on what is required for the nursing and midwifery workforce for universal health coverage.
