Olympic Research Grant
The 2019/2020 edition of the Advanced Olympic Research Grant Programme has been launched. For this edition, the Olympic Studies Centre (OSC) are inviting the academic community to submit proposals related to at least one of the 11 IOC priority fields of research, dealing with a rich diversity of topics such as the ethical, legal and social implications of performance-enhancing technologies on the future of the athletic performance and athletes’ safety, Games legacy, public perception of IOC’s role and reputation and sports ethics and integrity education in sports governing bodies. The number and specificity of the topics proposed are the result of the success of previous editions.
This programme is aimed at university professors, lecturers and research fellows who have completed their doctorate, and who currently hold an academic/research appointment/affiliation. It is also open to both individual and collective applications.
