Young Alumni Online Workshop Series
The UTS Young Alumni Committee is pleased to present a series of online workshops focusing on three different topics: confidence in the workplace and in your personal life; online presentation skills; and the importance of learning how to fail. Each workshop will be interactive, small group-focused and run by UTS alumni for UTS alumni!

Powerful presentations in an online environment
With online engagement becoming the norm, adapting to presenting in this setting is vital. Aaron Ngan, CEO of JA Australia, will take you through how to prepare for success, show why powerful in-person presentation skills are just as critical online, and how to engage every audience with simple engagement strategies.

Failure
In an interactive workshop run by Dr Amanda White, UTS Business School Deputy Head of Accounting Discipline, you will discover why failure is an essential part of learning. Discussion topics will include some of the theories of failure, the emotion surrounding it and why sharing our failures is important to helping us grow.
