At the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building (DAB), our researchers aim to lead the design, architecture and built environment sectors toward a more just and resilient future. To achieve this, we recognise that partnership is central to generating solutions and creating social impact.

DAB partners with forward-thinking organisations of all sizes that are seeking to develop new creative solutions or looking for learning opportunities that build innovative capacity. We can provide academic expertise, specialised facilities and professional services that benefit organisations and produce positive outcomes for the broader community.

This monthly event series invites industry and community organisations to learn more about the research expertise in the Faculty and the exciting collaborative opportunities that exist. Our researchers will showcase innovative approaches to pressing issues like urban resilience, sustainability in fashion, design for social inclusion, Industry 4.0 and the circular economy.
