Master meQuanics
A podcast series for anyone interested in the development of quantum technologies.
Podcasts have earned their place on the digital stage where listeners can choose from more one million shows, according to Podcast Insights.
Now, researchers from the UTS Centre for Quantum Software and Information (QSI) are demystifying quantum technologies research through the podcast, Meet the meQuanics. The podcast features quantum experts from around the world, in conversation with the show's host, Dr Simon Devitt.
"Since our launch in 2016, we have had a very enthusiastic series of guests who have spoken about all aspects of quantum development," says Dr Devitt.
"Promoting the recent QSI seminar series seemed like an obvious choice, combining technical research discussions with the more practical and commercial side of quantum development."
With 81,000 downloads since its inception, the podcast has challenged Devitt and his guests to discuss quantum research with a more creative and inclusive approach.
We are very appreciative of the support and feedback meQuanics has received over the years and I am hopeful it can continue in the future," he says.
"It not only gives newcomers a flavour of what is happening in quantum technology development but also documents how the field is evolving."
Listen to Meet the meQuanics for the latest on qubits, entanglement, quantum learning, and more on several podcast apps, including Radio Public, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
