myTimetable is the system used for student class timetabling and class lists at UTS.
Please note that students are not able to access the 2025 system or choose classes until 9am Tuesday 3 December 2024.
myTimetable has been upgraded to the cloud version and will be available to staff on any internet capable device. myTimetable is the UTS name for Allocate+ and you may see reference to both names (myTimetable and Allocate+) in the future when using this application. Students will continue to see the UTS name myTimetable.

This is the staff portal. Access is restricted to eligible UTS staff.
- Staff who need access to myTimetable or existing users who need their level of access changed must apply using the online myTimetable Access Form
- If you get a login error saying 'No Such User', use the myTimetable Access Form.
All enquiries regarding myTimetable access should be directed to ITU via ServiceConnect.
